I used my HF Crane for this too, by making a swivel wooden beam mounted to my hoist. It worked like a champ and was inexpensive.
rolling the crane with the cab lifted up was nice. I made a wooden cab dolly to set the cab on and it's presently sitting in my garage as I work on the interior.
