Well, an original would be nice but I took a different route 'cause I'm never selling mine. Did buy the one from Chevy Duty and it is fine. Mounted it well up on the firewall at a point where the rad hoses came in. Three bolts, nuts and fender washers made it secure. installed the heater fan switch over by my left knee in an old existing opening and hooked the flex hoses up to the defroster vents. Coupled this with a rebuilt heater temperature regulator (from either Jim Carter or American Classics) and it works beautifully! Good luck!  | | |
