If the engine problem is minor, you should be able to find someone to get it going much quicker than having an engine swap. The old bolters just need gas, air and spark and they are good to go plus they are easy to work on.. I've seen 235's sit for years and an afternoon of tinkering has them running like a Swiss watch. There must be somebody in your area that can do the work.
