Just brought a '31 Chevy into the shop today. 1st thing on the list: Rebuild the carb! So this is very important to me. The client is not able to spend a lot on this truck, so I would be interested in the "less expensive, much better carbs" you speak of. Can you point me in a good direction for a more reasonable, reliable carb to replace his Carter RJH-08? That way, I don't have to try and disprove your odds of breakage!
