Ed Hotaling Shop Shark E Joined: Dec 2012 Posts: 201 Massachusetts	In the mid '80's. I had a 1965 GMC 1/2 ton with a 305 V-6 and 3-speed. It easily got 14 MPG (not even trying) and could out pull my father's 305 V-8 in his '77 Chevy.
