DADS50, What did you use to mount your swtich in a remote location and have the original knob operate it?

...link... I did not buy anything from the vendors to convert the original type knob. I used the Newport switch under the dash and a repo knob with original bezel.
Its rigged but works. The problem is I used a remote cable and I don't know where it was purchased from, but it fit perfectly.
I think its a flexible drive shaft from a rotary tool.
Ill try to get a better pic of the shaft
