The motor is not in the original truck, its just whats in there now (the truck is my second 1943 Chevy 1.5 4x4 G506.. I have 3 total).
That block code, and the plate on the drivers side engine. All the sites put the block at 50-52. But both sites specifically state 'TRUCK'. What does that mean? Just the motor mounts?
So the crank would have insert bearings and only the rod bearings are babbit?
