They were a dealer installed option [ GM part # 986527 & 986404 Group # 8.798 ]
& I got a few NOS units in the original GM box.
Your truck looks OK Ron but you gotta get rid of all those cheesy crimped electrical terminals.
Get a soldering iron & learn how to secure the electrical system properly.
