Yes there was a Chevrolet accessory windshield washer for Advance Design trucks. I think it had a foot-actuated push-button up to 1954. In 1954, there was a foot-actuated pump-lever that not only "delivered" washer fluid but it also moved a cable that turned on the wipers (the wiper motor also changed in 1954).
