Hy 1936only, do you have a picture of the wheels for the front of the truck? Years ago I discovered that the center hole of a Motor wheel was a different size than that of a Budd wheel, I presume so hub piloted could not be interchanged with stud piloted wheels. It sounds like you have Budd wheels on the rear of the truck, so I would think the fronts would be Budd wheels also. If the lug holes in your front wheels are the same diameter as the studs in your front hubs then you have hub piloted wheels, and as Grigg has said "I don't think you'll find left hand nuts". The fact that you have left hand thread front wheel studs leads me to believe that you should have Budd wheels on the front of that truck. If you could post the dimensions of the studs you are looking for we may be able to come up with some part numbers for you, hope that helps. Oh, and Happy New Year!
