The Stovebolt Site Forums The Parking Lot Big Bolts 12v foot starter?

Ok, another one...

I am planning on converting my COE to 12v with a 12v starter and matching flywheel. BUT, I want to keep the foot pedal starter. I was thinking of connection the foot pedal to a switch to control the starter solenoid. Has anyone done this before?
