Hy bigwolf, if you are sure you are not loosing fluid when you press the brake pedal, then your master cylinder is bypassing internally, and you need to rebuild/ replace the master cylinder. Now would be a good time to go through the whole system, and at minimum replace the three flex lines in the system. I would pull all the drums and check for leaks especially under the wheel cylinder end seals, hope that helps.
