On the other hand... there are those who don't have or won't spend the money... Or are looking for low buck solutions in these times. I just spent $25 for 50 gas gauge voltage reducers from
www.digikey.com. These are 1.5 amp 12 to 6 voltage regulators for negative ground. (Item #NJM7806FA). It was cheaper to buy 'em for the whole fleet than to just buy the one I needed. Also, I'm sending this via FREE wireless internet from my iMac with new card installed. Such a deal!
