For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 55 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 55 | hey guys Not getting proper oil pressure and no oil to the rocker arms. I just rebuilt this 1958 235 and i know the oil line was deleted in the lifter galley that year and instead ported straight through the head and through a special bolt. Out of all my head bolts that were in there originally, there was only one irregular one, with a grinded side to it. None with a hole. do you think this is my issue? do i need a head bolt with a hole? or do you think its something else? | | |
