Your pic is of a '41-'46 Chevy pick-up,not a '52 C.O.E. nice truck,but do you have pic's of the '52,along with the Iveco? I used to drive a couple of those little Iveco's,hauling air-freight from Cedar Rapids,Iowa,to O'Hare in Chicago,Back in the mid-'80's. They were easy to drive,dependable,and had great fuel-mileage. Sounds like a good choice for a swap,but I,myself,have no idea what is involved in a body/chassis graft between the two. good-Luck!!
