Check the vendor links here on the board for replacement harnesses.
The horn is hot all the time. Power feeds from the big terminal on the starter to the 'hot' side of the ammeter. A smaller wire then feeds from the hot terminal directly to the horn. The other wire on the horn goes to the button on the steering column that goes to ground when pushed.
