The original bulbs are prefocus base bulbs. I believe the original bulb was a 2320 which would have been 21 candle power low beam and 32 cp high beam. You can go to the 2330 which is 32/32 or the more rare 2530 that is 50 cp high and 32 cp low. An easier modification (cheaper too) is to contact Bill Hirsch and buy a pair of their 2330 or 2530 halogen prefocus bulbs. The amperage draw for a halogen bulb is higher than stock so make sure your charging system is good. Bill Hirsch Auto.
