I just use a long flat blade screwdriver with the handle cut off,I made it when I was a teen and have been using it ever since.Back in the day I would use a small 1/4 inch 110 volt drill but now I use a battery drill.Good idea to grind the blade wide and flat so it fits the oil pump better.
