Simple- - - -build a bracket to mount a mid-1960's Dodge slave cylinder to operate a regular Chevy throwout fork. Use any aftermarket master cylinder you choose that provides the right bore size ratio between master and slave cylinder to make the pedal effort correct. Or, use the appropriate Dodge clutch master cylinder and adapt a swing pedal assembly to push it.

Then there's also the racing-type inside-the-bellhousing hydraulic throwout assembly if you want to spend waaaaaayyyy too much money.
