I can't think of a kit specific to that year truck, but there's several universal kits out there, check Summit, Jegs, and Speedway. You might also be able to adapt the bellhousing and clutch slave cylinder from a '60-'62 to work as well.
Just out of curiosity, though, any reason you're wanting a hydraulic clutch?
