Alternator Wiring Kit from the biggest wiring genius on the web -- Mark Hamilton.
I think you can buy them at Radio Shack ... but I don't know the specs. Maybe just a 12-volt diode will work? Make sure you install it in the right direction: There's a stripe on ONE END of the diode and that side goes towards the alternater -- NOT towards the ignition.
