like above but use the original linkage to a spring loaded normally off switch. you then can make a bracket to mount the switch near the starter and adjust the linkage accordingly. Bypass the igintion switch start position on current ingtion switch through the new floor start switch.
I may do this with my t-5 swap to keep the cab looking original.
