The main idea behind the vehicle inspection is in regards to safety. They are looking at the overall condition of the truck....be sure things like lights, brakes, suspension, steering components, exhaustetc. are all in good working order. Poorly welded frames are also a no no !!!!!
No seat belts are not a problem, as they were not installed in the early years.
I believe if memory serves me correct there is a guideline within ICBC's website.....but then I have a hard enough time remembering my own name sometimes...!!!??!
