register it as vintage ["collector plates"] if you're not planning on using it regularly, it's way cheaper - it needs to be totally original and in very good shape, although there's also a "modified collector" category if things like driveline have been updated .... to register an out of province vehicle it has to pass a complete mechanical inspection, everything functional and no rust, check with an ICBC agent in the area
