I do not have any means of spot welding at the moment. I welded it. I cut the old spot welds out with a spot weld cutting tool. welded it back in with a Lincoln Handy MIG From your first post it looks like your inner to outer is not in to bad of shape. you could just patch the part you have circled in place then replace the kick panel. | | |
