hey Tech - I tried some more pics and got one sort of from the same perspective as yours
here - the bracket should attach to the underside of the dash where the patch is, I just hooked it over the lip and never dug up the missing fasteners - the tubes are an odd size so I found that elbow piece to adapt to one and the other is duct-taped
