tried a bunch of pictures, but not much can be seen cuz it's a mess crammed in there on mine - try a description - on your last pic looking into the end of the air chamber, there should be a "cap" piece on the hole at the bottom that has the defrost tubes on it, pointing toward the firewall - the bracket to the dash goes on top of that and both are held on by the 3 missing screws - short of finding the correct pieces I'm not sure it could be fabricated, and short of having one apart good pics or measurements would be tough
