54Chevy_Guy Wrench Fetcher 5 Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 38 Central Ohio	Some great information here...and glad I asked. Seems my block is not a GMC block as thought. Regarding the head I was fortunate enough to have a good 848 that came with the new block I found and during the coruse of the rebuilt there were no problems found. You guys have been a great help!.
