Does anyone have any suggestions on how to complete the connections for the clutch/brake pedals/trans linkage on my 50 burb. To start with, I have a 50 GMC frame that I've altered the front cross-member to make a 56' 235 engine & bellhousing mount in the gmc frame. It has the stock rear engine cross member. I Am putting a 3 on the tree in it.What years of engine/trans and steering can be assembled together? Does it matter what year trans I use? Also my bellhousing doesn't have the shaft on drivers side of bellhousing for the shift linkage to mount on. Does that matter? Does that shaft press into the bellhousing?Any help will be greatly appreciated. Pics will be a big help. (HELP!!! the hole seems to be getting deeper)Dave
