Since there's only one adjusting sleeve on a stovebolt tie rod, individual toe-in is a moot point. Getting anal about adjustments is for the guys with the $30,000.00 Hunter laser alignment machines that read out in 1/100" inch increments anyway! Those super-accurate digital readouts are just to impress the customers!
