the "strip" [
glass setting tape] that goes between the glass and the metal frame holds the glass in, it's a sticky material that's a very tight fit, you may be able to get that from a local auto glass shop .... you'll need to get the old glass out, might take softening that tape with something like gasoline [carefully], then it should be obvious how to get the new glass in ... if you're not replacing all the seals you
might be able to change the glass without removing the whole assembly from the door
if you're asking what holds
the vent assembly in place, there's very small screws around the front and top [note the small tabs in the pic] under the rubber seal and the 2 screws in the middle of the door - the shop manual has instructions for re & re of the vents
