Looks like an early AD 47-53 recirculator to me. Pretty rusty on the front. Typically painted with hammered paint--get that from Carter or about any mail order AD outfit. Prolly clean it up--Ive seen the glue on tin plates with GM on ebay--somebody is prolly repoppin em.
