I swapped bulbs and no difference yet the 63 on the bottom of the driver's side works?? So the driver's tail lite is grounded to the frame isn't it?? However the 1156 doesn't work on the driver's top??Here's my puzzle?? Doesn't make sense even when I tak, e a circuit tester to it as a ground it does not light(just to double check if it indeed is the ground problem??) up??? I really am having a hard time figuring this one out...
