The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area The Electrical Bay Headlight switch maybe?

I had the same problem after installing a reproduction headlight switch. I found the problem to be the thermal contacts on the headlight switch. I just re-arched the contacts to what seemed a more appropriate angle. My experience seems to be the same as presented in some of the previous posts.
