We were assembling the bed over the weekend, and noticed it didn't come with the bed to frame bolts or the offset washers. Just curious if we needed to fabricate something or if it was supposed to come with the kit that we purchased. If anyone who has purchased a kit from mar-k could weigh in on this that would be appreciated, if they are not supplied with the kit how/what do we use to fabricate the offset washers?
