51 Chev. 216-
Shifter box been giving me a fit..hangs up.
Took some parts out of 54 shifter box to replace some of the original parts. (One linkage arm on the 51 is longer than the 54, so reused the 51 arm.)Put back together now any tricks I should know about positioning the dog ears, etc. in the shifter linkage box? Actual linkage to transmission is in same position as it was when shifter box was removed.
Any help suggestions, appreciated!
