My 39 with a 216 had 4.11 gears. Got tired of hearing the engine putting out high rpms at 40-45 mph floored. Had 3.30ish gears made for it. BIG difference. I can cruise at 55 mph with plenty of gas pedal left. It has great steering, brakes, and suspension. I do need to replace the tires next Spring. Undecided to use bias or radial tires.
