The relay is also after market since my truck had no horn or relay when purchased. Yes, the EZ wiring harness fits to a GM tilt steering column but I'm not sure if the horn part of it is wired, I will check. I'll be going to the garage shortly and will follow your instructions and see if I can get a honk. Thanks again, Don | | |
