I just picked up an original Fulton Visor for my '46 (not sure if it will go on the pick-up or suburban). Not being familiar with them, it looks to me that the sides are mounted to the drip rail with screws. Has anybody found a way to mount these without drilling holes into the cab driprail (eg: a pinch type clamp)?
I really struggle with drilling holes for fear that I will screw up the paint job. Absent a good way to mount it without drilling may ultimately determine that it will be installed on the suburban (unrestored) but I was ultimately thinking that I would find one for both of them.
Thoughts?
