I agree with wrenchbender. The power from the park light switch is running across the filament to the common side then across the turn signal filament, then through the turn indicator bulb on the dash and using it's ground. The fix could be a simple as cleaning the base of the bulbs and the sockets. If that doesn't fix it then the socket is not grounding to the frame.
