| | | | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 | Although John Deere Corn Head Grease may be a good choice,(I have not used it or taken a box apart that has) especially for a leaking box, there is nothing wrong with using 90w on a box with good seals.
I have rebuilt a lot of steering boxes and what ever you use make sure it flows. Using grease is not much better than having nothing at all in it.
