Back-up lights are switched on(some applications) by a switch on the top of the tranny.The brake switch should be in the engine compartment on the fire-wall where the pedals come throught hte floor.

There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
