Not sure exactly what the issue is but just wanted to mention that you have to remove the ventilators to install the glass.
Before I had new window channels and fuzzies I could pull the glass out of the lower channel and lift the glass out with the ventilators installed. Once I installed all the new pieces parts though everything is back to factory spec. and the ventilators needed removed.
Not a big deal, but a good thing to know.
