The presidential security detail has been arranged and will be in full force for his trip to Winchester. No budget constraint will compromise the safety of the President! Though it will appear he is traveling alone, he will be protected. Details of the arrangements are of utmost top secret thus have not been shared with no one other than myself, the President, and agents providing coverage.
