If you can't find what your looking for there's a fix for what ya got. It's a six inch vise well mounted, some copper if you like your chrome, and a big box end wrench. I use a 1 inch box end wrench that gives me enough leverage that the knob goes where I want. If it a flat shifter I've used a one inch pipe clamp with success.
It's amazing what you can do with 3 feet of pipe for leverage. Big hammer not needed.
