your not going to get a lot of air flow from a 235 head,just look at it and you'll know why,but the best cam to use would be a cam with a lift of .212-.215 @ .050 lift, if you over cam it you will lose your bottom end but the top end would be better, but with all the gears and really how fast do you want to go? low end torque and mid range is best,maybe a cam that is no more than 260 duration and set the springs up with 85-95lbs.closed,balance it,do a nice valve job and call it good,new cam and new lifter would be the best,regrinds are not as good because your taking materal from the base circle.
