At the risk of being ridiculed to no end. I did not mark my wiring when I did an engine rebuild. (I thought it would stay in my mind.) I am in the process of reconnecting the wiring. I searched through my Haynes manual and the wiring diagram does not show how the coil/distributor wires are hooked up.
My question is; does the black wire from the (points type) distributor connect to the positve or negative post of the coil?
I know this is wiring 101 stuff, but any help will be apprecciated I want to fire up the engine asap.
