Well so far, I've stripped the layers of paint off of the wood floor, stained it with a semi-transparent stain... Put a layer of Peel 'n Seal on the ceiling and wall panels... Added a layer of foundation styrofoam insulation on the walls; then put a layer of jute carpet padding on walls and ceiling. I'm planning on finishing off upper walls and ceiling by running 1x2 wood strips length wise with 1/4" between them.
