The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area The Electrical Bay How to Replace a Horn Wire (?)

I'm rewiring my 1938 Chevy 1/2 ton, and I have all of the wires replaced except the wire running through the steering column. I can see where the wire exits the column at the bottom, and when I pull the steering wheel I can see the contact ring down inside the column, but I can't figure out how that contact ring comes out to attach a new wire. Any hints ?
