Brian - Thanks for the input! I have looked at those before, but they may not work, as the A.D. doors swing open much wider the the GM van hatches do. Also, when the A.D. doors are closed, there is less than a 3/8" gap between the door shell and pillar, which would crush the wires and this "s" shaped boot. I'm gonna look at the hinges again, you may have given me an idea... which is routing a harness fastened to the hinge arm.
